Privacy Policy

Effective September 9, 2026

LOOPLOOM does not sell personal data, does not use App Tracking Transparency, and has no developer-operated account system, analytics, or social feed. This build includes two third-party SDKs: Google AdMob, which serves non-personalized banner/interstitial ads between songs and an optional rewarded-video ad for a free clue, and Apple's StoreKit, which powers In-App Purchases (a one-time Premium unlock, an optional one-time Season Pass Premium Track unlock, and consumable coin packs). Neither is used to sell or share personal data for cross-app advertising. Every purchase is hidden behind an in-app parental gate (a simple math problem) until solved, and no In-App Purchase collects any personal information itself — StoreKit alone handles payment.

Saved progress

Game progress, settings, earned coins, unlocked cosmetics, and player-imported practice charts are stored on your device. If iCloud Sync is enabled, a copy of this progress—including imported charts—is stored in your private Apple iCloud key-value store so it can follow you between devices. LOOPLOOM does not send imported charts to a developer server or other players. You can disable iCloud Sync in the game's Settings.

Game Center

If you sign in to Game Center, LOOPLOOM uses Apple's service for achievements and a Daily Moonwork leaderboard. We do not store your Game Center identity on a developer-operated server. Apple's handling of iCloud and Game Center data is governed by Apple's privacy policy and your Apple Account settings.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

LOOPLOOM is a children's game. Every ad request is tagged as child-directed and under the age of consent and asks AdMob for non-personalized ads only, so no interest-based targeting, remarketing, or App Tracking Transparency prompt is used. AdMob may still process technical data needed to serve and measure an ad (such as a device identifier and coarse diagnostics) under Google's own privacy policy; LOOPLOOM does not receive or store that data itself.

In-App Purchases

In-App Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit — LOOPLOOM never sees or stores payment details, and purchase results (a Premium unlock, a Season Pass unlock, or a coins balance) are stored only in the same on-device/iCloud progress described above. Every purchase surface is hidden behind an in-app parental gate until solved.

Children and changes

LOOPLOOM does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a future release adds developer-operated data collection, this policy and the App Store disclosure will be updated before release.
