- 01 · Using AI at work, safely
ChatGPT, Claude and co. for writing, research and analysis: good prompts, checking results, which data must not go in. Basics of AI literacy as required by Art. 4 of the EU AI Act.

The AI reads, the code calculates, a person decides: inquiries, leads and quotes as workflows, with clear limits and privacy in mind.
- 03 · Social media automation
Instagram comment-to-DM, cross-posting to several platforms and a weekly content plan, set up within the rules of the platforms.
- 04 · Building software with AI coding agents
Claude Code and Codex in practice: from a one-page spec to a running web app, with Git, a database, reviews and deployment.
Topics can be combined; the agenda is set together before the training.
Two days
Basics, live demos, what works and where the limits are. First exercises with your own data or sample data.
Each participant builds a workflow for a real case from their job, with support. Close with checklists and next steps.

What you need
A laptop per participant, a screen or projector and stable Wi-Fi on site; online, a laptop with camera and microphone. Accounts for paid tools (e.g. OpenAI) are not included; free trial plans are usually enough for the exercises.
How it works
- Send a request with topic, number of participants and preferred dates.
- Short call by phone or video to set the agenda.
- You receive a written offer with agenda, date and price.
- Training on site or live online, then the materials and certificates of attendance.
Questions
Do participants need prior knowledge?
No programming needed for the AI and automation topics. For building software with AI agents, basic computer skills and curiosity are enough; developers get more depth.
Is the training recorded?
No. Trainings are live; you keep the slides, checklists and templates.
How is it paid?
Companies receive an invoice after the training. Individuals pay before the training.
Can we cancel or swap participants?
A substitute participant is always possible. Cancellation terms are in the terms and conditions, § 7.
