Noir Claude Code Starter

Set up Claude Code in any project in about ten minutes, so it works the same way every time: your CLAUDE.md, four hooks, three helper agents.

Needs Claude Code and Node.js 18+. Works on macOS, Linux and Windows. Everything runs on your computer, no accounts, no paid APIs.

What you get

• /setup-project Reads your repo, asks up to six questions and writes your CLAUDE.md: stack, commands, map, your rules.
• /ship Before a commit: lint, tests, build, a review of the diff and a commit message.
• guard-bash Hook that stops force-push, git reset --hard, rm -rf ~ and pushes to main. Claude asks you instead.
• secret-scan Hook that blocks a commit with API keys, private keys or .env files.
• format + notify Formats every edited file with your own formatter; desktop notification when Claude is done.
• 3 agents Reviewer, tester and explorer: read-only helpers for reviews, checks and finding code.
• permissions Read-only git, lint, build and tests run without asking; .env and keys stay unreadable.
