At the end two workflows run in your n8n: one rates new leads and notifies you, the other turns an inquiry into a calculated quote draft that you check and send yourself.
For: Service providers, trades and agencies who answer inquiries and write quotes every week and want to be faster without handing over control.
You need: Needs an n8n instance (self-hosted or n8n Cloud), an OpenAI API account with a payment method, a contact form that can send a webhook, and your current prices. Reading short JavaScript snippets helps; you copy them, you do not write them from scratch.
